  • Sets up multistate payroll taxes and reporting for new hires
  • Prepares weekly reports of electronic tax payments for the A/P department
  • Completes monthly federal and multistate tax payment detail for corporate subsidiaries
  • Completes monthly federal and multistate sales tax reconciliation
  • Assists with quarterly state unemployment filings

Minimum requirements:

  • An Associate’s Degree in Accounting or minimum 2-3 year’s relevant experience in taxes or related accounting support work (A/P, A/R, P/R) 
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
