Sales Assistant (Part-time 12-15 hours per week)

We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive individual to assist a top producer in our Austin office.  We desire a highly motivated, results-oriented individual with a passion for connecting with customers.  Qualified applicants must demonstrate the ability to learn quickly, understand the sales team’s goals and effectively prioritize their efforts.

This position is part-time (12-15 hours per week) and pays $13-$15 per hour depending upon experience. Our business hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.  We are looking for someone who is available to start immediately.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Utilizing Outreach Sales Engagement platform to connect with prospects and customers
  • Contacting clients to schedule selling and delivery appointments
  • Communicating with factories, customers, and corporate office
  • Monitoring expected deadlines for customers
  • Organizing and maintaining all client orders and files
  • Preparing clothing for delivery by sales professional

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Google Docs and Sheets
  • Incredibly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's license with good driving record
  • Ability to lift 20 lbs.
  • Working on college degree and/or have minimum 2 years office-related experience

Details:

  • 12-15 hours work week
  • Must have the flexibility to be out in the field once a week
